Montagne Jeunesse Creamy Coconut Mask

So I want to discuss the Montagne Jeunesse Creamy Coconut Mask that I received complimentary in my Viva Vox Box from Influenster to test. First I was impressed that this company uses nothing but natural ingredients in their products. I have found in other face products that are medicated or contain other chemicals my skin actually breaks out more. So I try to use products that are natural. I find that they are gentler on my skin.
I fell in love with the creamy coconut mask. Not only did it feel amazing but it smelled delicious. There was a slight tingle but I found it to be more invigorating than anything. After I removed the mask my skin felt so soft and refreshed.
All in all I am very impressed with this product and will definitely purchase this brand in the future.

21 Day Fix week 2

So today marked the end of week two and I thought I'd update on how it's going. As you may or may not know I'm on medical leave for SVT. I'm not allowed to do anything more strenuous than walking. So I'm kind of bummed that I can't do the workouts but I have been following the eating plan. I have found it to be rather easy. In fact a lot easier than counting calories. You just fill up your colored containers and eat your allotted amount a day. It is very filling so you never feel like you are starving.

Well any who, I have been weighing myself every week to make sure I'm heading in the right direction. This week I have 2.5 lbs making it a total of 6.5 lbs. I will measure myself again at the end of the 21 days. But I can tell that I've lost inches because I am fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in forever. I'm really excited about this. I must say not bad for someone who can't workout. Though I can't help but wonder what the results I would be getting if I was able to work out. Oh well I will probably do the program again after my surgery.




Baked Blackened Tilapia with a mix of veggies. One of my favorite meals. It's quick and easy to make. As you can see you get to eat a lot of food.

Viva Vox Box

So I decided to give Influenster a try. I'm currently on medical leave from work and have a lot of spare time. Why not use it to give my opinions on products that I've used. I never thought that I would be chosen to receive one of the famous Vox Boxes. I was on cloud 9 when I received my email saying that I had been chosen.

My viva vox box came in yesterday and like a child on Christmas morning I couldn't get home quick enough so that I could open it and see what I got. As I opened the bright yellow box I was surprised to see that they were full sized products (I was expecting samples).

Pretty cool huh!

Heres a list of the products that were in the box.
1. Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer Cocoa Radiant. The scent was heavenly. I'm a huge cocoa butter fan it reminds me of the beach. It didn't leave my skin greasy which I loved. It was quick drying and left my skin feeling soft.
2. Shell Fuel Rewards Network Card. This will come in handy for all of my trips to the doctors. Who doesn't like saving money on gas.
3. Pure Ice Nail Polish After Hours and Its Complicated. After hours is a salmon pink and Its Complicated is a glitter polish. I liked the color but I had to use several coats because it was a little transparent.
4. New Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleansing Cloths. I like that you can keep these by your bed for those long nights where you just want to take off your make up and crash. I did have to scrub to remove my eye make up.
5. NYC City Proof Twistable Intense Lip Color in South Ferry Berry. I was looking at this color the other day. I loved that it wasn't waxy like other lip colors. It stayed put and didn't bleed. And it lasted most of the day. I was really impressed.
6. Montagne Jeunesse Clay Spas. I'm currently wearing the mask as I type this. The scent is pleasant. Some tingling but nothing to harsh. It feels great on my skin.

Well there you go! There's my review on the viva vox box. Over all I'm really pleased with the products.
