21 Day Fix week 2

So today marked the end of week two and I thought I'd update on how it's going. As you may or may not know I'm on medical leave for SVT. I'm not allowed to do anything more strenuous than walking. So I'm kind of bummed that I can't do the workouts but I have been following the eating plan. I have found it to be rather easy. In fact a lot easier than counting calories. You just fill up your colored containers and eat your allotted amount a day. It is very filling so you never feel like you are starving.

Well any who, I have been weighing myself every week to make sure I'm heading in the right direction. This week I have 2.5 lbs making it a total of 6.5 lbs. I will measure myself again at the end of the 21 days. But I can tell that I've lost inches because I am fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in forever. I'm really excited about this. I must say not bad for someone who can't workout. Though I can't help but wonder what the results I would be getting if I was able to work out. Oh well I will probably do the program again after my surgery.




Baked Blackened Tilapia with a mix of veggies. One of my favorite meals. It's quick and easy to make. As you can see you get to eat a lot of food.
